At Ospi, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative and visionary restaurant group that is driven by high standards, passion, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, integrity, great food, and genuine service. We believe that the best way to learn is a hands-on approach. You will be trained in all of our stations and have one of our senior managers provide daily feedback. Interspersed with these training sessions, you will have daily projects and management shifts to provide a well rounded training program.
